Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using DropForge. They are written in plain language and should be read together with any applicable registrar or registry terms.
1. What DropForge is
DropForge is a reviewed UK domain backorder service for search, request assessment, accepted catching attempts, account settings and related domain activity.
2. Account use
You are responsible for the information you enter, keeping your login details private, and using the account area lawfully.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use DropForge to plan, support or disguise unlawful activity, phishing, malware, spam, fraud, harassment, trademark abuse, unauthorised access, scraping at abusive volume, or attempts to disrupt the site.
4. Domain searches and backorders
Searches, watchlists and backorder screens help you organise domain activity. A domain should only be treated as available, registered, expiring or obtainable when confirmed through the relevant official source or account workflow.
5. No guarantee of service
The service is provided on reasonable efforts basis. DropForge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful registrations, or that any particular domain can be obtained.
6. Third-party rules
Use of .UK names also depends on Nominet rules, registrar terms, dispute policies, data rules and abuse policies.
7. Suspension or removal
Access may be limited or removed if an account appears abusive, unlawful, misleading, automated in a harmful way, or inconsistent with these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, policies or applicable registry requirements change.
