Abuse reports
This page is for harmful or unlawful activity connected to DropForge accounts, backorder requests or .UK domain activity. Service complaints should use the complaints page.
1. Prohibited use
DropForge must not be used for phishing, malware distribution, botnets, pharming, fraudulent activity, spam connected to harmful activity, impersonation, trademark abuse, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to interfere with systems or data.
2. Domain abuse reports
If a .UK domain is being used for DNS abuse or unlawful activity, email abuse@dropforgeone.co.uk with the domain, URLs, timestamps and a short description. Reports may also need to go to the registrar, hosting provider, Nominet or law enforcement depending on the issue.
3. Child safety
Reports involving child sexual abuse material should be made directly to the Internet Watch Foundation or the appropriate authority. Do not send illegal material to DropForge.
4. Trademark and ownership disputes
Disputes about rights in a .UK domain are normally not handled as simple abuse tickets. Nominet provides a Dispute Resolution Service for complaints where someone claims rights in a name and believes a domain registration or use is abusive.
5. What to include in a report
A useful report should include the domain, URLs, timestamps, screenshots if safe, a short explanation of the harm, and your contact details. Do not include passwords, payment card data or illegal content.
6. DropForge handling
DropForge may limit access, suspend account functions, preserve relevant records, or escalate reports where activity appears harmful, unlawful or inconsistent with site rules.
