Backorder enquiries

For a domain you want us to assess, create an account and submit the name through the workspace. For pre-order questions, email orders@dropforgeone.co.uk with the domain and extension in the subject line.

General support

For account access, billing administration or service questions, contact support@dropforgeone.co.uk. Include your account email and the relevant domain where possible.

Compliance and policy

For policy questions, legal notices or registry-related matters, contact compliance@dropforgeone.co.uk. Do not send passwords, payment card data or illegal material.

Abuse reports

If your message concerns phishing, malware, fraud, DNS abuse or harmful use connected to a domain, email abuse@dropforgeone.co.uk or use the abuse page so the report includes the information needed for triage.
