Complaints process
Complaints are handled separately from abuse reports. This page is for service issues, account handling, billing concerns and communication problems.
1. Raise the issue
Email complaints@dropforgeone.co.uk with your account email, the domain involved, the date of the issue and a clear description of what went wrong.
2. Initial review
We review the account record, order status, communication history and any relevant registry or registrar information before responding.
3. Resolution
Where a complaint is upheld, we aim to explain the correction, next action or practical remedy. Where it is not upheld, we explain the reason clearly.
4. Domain disputes
Complaints about legal rights in a .UK domain may need to be handled through the relevant dispute process rather than through DropForge support.
5. Abuse and safety reports
Reports involving phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content or harmful domain use should be sent through the abuse route so they can be triaged correctly.
